For the Sick

O Master, Lord our God, who by a word alone didst heal all manner of diseases, who didst rebuke the fever of Peter's mother-in-law and grant healing, heal also Thy servant [Name] from the bodily and soul-corrupting infirmity that holdeth him/her. Grant him/her recovery in body, recovery in soul, and forgiveness of sins. For Thou art the Physician of our souls and bodies, O Christ our God, and to Thee we send up glory, with Thine Unoriginate Father and Thine all-holy and good and life-giving Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.
